This qualification provides learners with an understanding of the different types of diabetes and how they can occur. Throughout this program you will develop an awareness of how the onset of Type 2 diabetes can be delayed with lifestyle changes. You will develop an understanding of diabetes diagnosis and how on-going care and treatment of diabetes can control blood sugar levels.
